Welcome to Marthe. By using our website or placing an order through it, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Products
Marthe offers a curated selection of luxurious dining accessories and elegant home décor pieces, including products made from natural marble, crystal, and premium materials.
Please note that natural marble pieces may vary slightly in veining, color tone, and texture. These natural variations are part of the beauty of the material and are not considered product defects.
2. Prices & Payment
All orders placed through Marthe’s website must be paid in advance, either through the available online payment methods or by bank transfer.
Orders are only confirmed and processed after successful payment or confirmation of the bank transfer.
Marthe reserves the right to update product prices, offers, and availability at any time without prior notice. Confirmed and paid orders will not be affected by later price changes.
3. Order Processing & Availability
Order processing usually takes between 5 days and 2 weeks, depending on product availability and the nature of the ordered item.
If a product becomes unavailable after placing an order, our team will contact the customer to offer suitable options, including choosing an alternative product, waiting for restock, or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available across selected areas in Egypt.
Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery area and order details. The final shipping cost will be communicated to the customer before the order is shipped.
Marthe aims to deliver orders within the communicated timeline. However, delays may occur due to courier conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are allowed to inspect the product while the courier is present to ensure that the item is in good condition and matches the order.
If there is any visible issue with the product during inspection, the customer must refuse the delivery immediately while the courier is still present, then contact Marthe’s customer service team to report the issue.
Once the product is received and the courier has left, the order is considered accepted by the customer and cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Return Policy
Returns and refunds are not accepted after the customer has received the order from the courier.
Orders can only be returned if the customer refuses to receive the order while the courier is still present and before final acceptance of delivery.
If delivery is refused for any reason, the product value will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or online payment provider.
7. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that:
The product is unused and in its original condition.
The invoice or proof of purchase is available.
The original packaging is preserved whenever possible.
The product has not been broken, scratched, misused, or improperly cleaned.
The customer has followed the usage and cleaning instructions mentioned in the product description.
Exchange requests are accepted through drop-off at Marthe’s headquarters in Cairo only. Exchange through courier is not accepted unless confirmed in advance by our customer service team.
The customer is responsible for any shipping or delivery costs related to the exchange, unless the exchange is due to a confirmed mistake by Marthe.
8. Usage & Cleaning Instructions
Customers must follow the usage and cleaning instructions mentioned in each product description.
Some items, especially natural marble and crystal pieces, require special care to maintain their quality and appearance.
Marthe is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, dropping, breakage, improper cleaning, unsuitable chemicals, or failure to follow the product care instructions.
9. Product Images & Descriptions
We do our best to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of the materials.
Minor natural variations do not affect the quality of the product and are not considered a valid reason for return or exchange unless the item is significantly different from the displayed description.
10. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including name, phone number, address, and payment details.
Marthe is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information or inability to contact the customer.
